• If not agreed in writing. It is the entire responsibility of the customer to be assured as to whether local authority planning permission, listed building consent or building warrant are required for the installation. If any such consents or permissions are needed, the customer should apply for and obtain at their expense. Where contracted to do so, the company shall act as an agent of the customer in pursuit of any required permissions.

• As soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this contract, the company surveyor will visit the customers property to check and confirm the measurements and specifications of the products which the customer has contracted to purchase. The customer shall within 30 days of notification, accept delivery or provide reasonable access to enable installation to be completed in a timely manner. If we cannot get access within this period, the balance of the contract price would be payable with immediate effect. Installation or delivery will be carried out at a time convenient to both parties.

• Although time for delivery and installation is not the part of the contract, the delivery period quoted is our best estimation at the time of the order. We make every effort to keep to the estimated dates, however there are occasions of delayed products due to material shortages or damages. We aim to complete your job as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

• The balance of the contract price is payable on completion of the installation to the installers in cash, cheque or by bank transfer.
